Payment Methods
All payment methods we use are secure and approved. You can pay quickly and easily through our online store by credit/debit card or by telephone on 0121 486 3773.

We can accept the following payment methods:

Credit/Debit Card: Send money online using your credit card or debit card through a secure checkout, don't worry, sensitive data is encrypted and you will recieve email updates on your order. 

Paypal: You can also pay for your goods using your Paypal account. A simple and quick alternative.

Telephone orders: we can accept your order and take credit/debit card payment over the telephone on 0121 486 3773.

Personal Cheque: Please call us on 0121 486 3773 to arrange this. You will receive an invoice via email with the payable amount. Send a cheque payable to Crafty Jungle to the postal address shown and when the money is received we will despatch your goods. Please note this method will involve a longer delivery time due to longer payment processing by the banks.

How to Shop at Our Online Store?

I've received an error message stating that my credit card is invalid. What should I do?
If you see an error message stating that your credit card is invalid, this has most likely happened for one of the following reasons:

1. You have incorrectly entered your credit card number
2. You have incorrectly entered your CVV code
3. You have incorrectly entered your expiration date
4. You have used a cancelled credit card to place your order
5. Your card is restricted to point-of-sale transactions only (sales where your card is physically scanned).

Please double-check your credit card and/or contact your bank to ensure that none of these problems have occurred. If you realize that you've made a mistake, simply return to the payment option page and enter in the correct information. Continue checking out as normal. If you're still encountering problems, please contact us. However, at NO point should you ever e-mail us your full credit card number. Your e-mail does not have the same security features in place as the website.


Why is my online confirmation number different from my order number?
This is due to the internal process we must maintain to properly track your order through the system. Once an order number is assigned you may use it for all future references to that purchase.


What is the difference between Essential Oils and Fragrance Oils?
Essential oils are pure oils extracted from a plant. They may come from flowers, leaves, bark, resin or whatever and are extracted by different methods, but all are just a pure plant extract of some sort. Fragrance oils just smell like the fragrance - they may contain natural products, or they may be entirely synthetic - but they smell right. Essential oils vary in price depending on how easy or difficult it is to extract the oil from the plant and what the current harvest of that plant is like. Fragrance oils are basically made to a price.
