Incense Sticks – Choosing High Quality Fragrances
Posted April 20th, 2010 by AdrianChoosing good quality incense sticks for the first time has been a hit and miss process – until now. What better way to base your incense buying decisions on than that of comments from customers who have already bought them, sampled them, and then given their valued incense reviews.
What Makes A Quality Incense Aroma?
Individual fragrances are very subjective and opinion varies from one person to another. However, it’s reasonably fair to say incense sticks that contain a higher amount of natural extracts from the plant, is more likely to produce a higher quality aroma.
Cheaper grades of incense; be they in resin, stick or cone form, are generally made up using lower quality extracts of plants and tend to use more synthetic (man-made) oils to produce a fragrance.
Basically – the quality you get from the incense aroma is usually directly related to the price and materials used. Generally higher quality incense will cost more because it contains higher levels of natural oils and extracts of the plant from which it is derived.
