Sizzling Pub Co. Allows Baby at Bar on Saturday Night

I called in to one of my local pubs on Saturday night, The Covered Wagon in Moseley Birmingham, and couldn’t believe my eyes…

OK, I didn't have a camera with me - but you get the idea!

A woman standing at the bar with a PRAM -  Waiting to be served with her baby! I kid you not - At 9.00 pm on a Saturday night.

It’s just not right Sizzling Pub Co.

There were kids everywhere, allegedly having a meal but call me suspicious - I doubt very much whether the baby was having a sizzling steak.

As I sat there drinking my beer, I only stayed for one, I looked around and thought how much my local had been destroyed by another pub ‘chain’.

What was the manager thinking of because there was a total loss of control as there were children all over the place. Big minus points for turning it into a ‘Wacky Warehouse’.

I’m really disappointed. There were dozens of kids running around being a total nuisance. I have kids, but I don’t want to spend my Saturday night shared with other people’s.

Not sure what your vision is here Sizzling Pub Co - perhaps a Wetherspoons but with kids allowed in at any time. What a terrible thought…
