The company has just released a press update with important information concerning our plans for future development of our home fragrances and gift website.
As a dedicated home fragrances company we are striving to improve our service to customers by listening and then implementing their positive feedback. Recently we asked our customers what we could do better and what improvements we could make to the website and products that we offer. The replies we received were very informative and we’ll definitely be rolling out changes to provide a continous improvement for our customers.
Ideas we’ll be considering is the use of a forum (for all incense and essential oil fans), extending the range of current product themes and introducing some jewellery lines.
